COACHING FOR DRIVEN DESIGNERS WHO WANT THEIR BUSINESS TO GROW.

Solo-designer? Constantly caught in client paralysis? You’re not alone, I was exactly the same before coaching highlighted the problem and helped me solve it. My G.R.O.W. Coaching Program uses lived-experience to take your design business from freelance order-taker to creative operator.

being stuck isn’t always obvious, but IT’s STOPPING YOUr BUSINESS FROM growth

  • You struggle to clearly sell your benefit to your clients

  • You find it difficult to charge premium prices

  • You feel stuck without the right processes to move you forward

  • You don’t have consistent new client leads coming in

  • You can’t attract the right clients who value your work

  • Your business doesn’t market to the right audience (or at all)

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone! I experienced the exact same things for the first 4 years of Ink & Elbow Grease until I worked my own coach, read books, completed courses and put the right systems & frameworks in place.

After seeing first-hand the difference the right processes & structures can make to a freelance business, I took what I learned and built the G.R.O.W. Program.

A man with curly hair sitting on a red patterned rug in a room filled with decorations and musical equipment. He is wearing a white t-shirt with 'New York City' written on it, light blue jeans, and black shoes. He is holding a tablet in one hand, and a record player is open with a vinyl record on it. The room has artwork, plants, books, and a guitar.

I’ve BEEN WHERE YOU ARE

Starting my brand design business in 2019 after a decade in advertising, I assumed I knew it all. I figured an Instagram profile would be enough to attract the clients I needed to thrive. Spoiler, it wasn’t.

After some minor wins on UpWork selling $350 logos, I thought I was the bee’s knees… but, clients were sporadic, income was inconsistent, and I was charging like a junior despite my industry experience. I actually had no idea how to actually build a sustainable design business, but I just couldn’t see it.

Enter my coach. On our first call he asked me how often I worked ON my business. I completely froze. Embarrassed by how much I’d neglected the very thing I claimed to be building. Fast forward to today after coaching, courses, books and tedious trial-and-error, I was finally able to push through. Consistent six-figure years, $15k+ months, monthly retainers, and a 4-month coaching program where I can show you how.

THE G.R.O.W. FRAMEWORK.

HOW CAN I HELP?

This program is designed around my own experience with coaching and how I developed and grew my own business.

Although I would love to help everyone (and trust me I’ve tried to), I’ve found that I do require a certain level of experience and skills to ensure what I teach can be the most effective for you as a creative.

WHO I CAN HELP RIGHT NOW:

• Minimum 2yrs+ industry experience

• Proficient Creatives who already make great work

• Already have some aspect of income*
(*whether its a 9-5 job or inconsistent freelance work)

WHO I CANNOT HELP (YET):

• Students / Recent Graduates without much experience

• Junior Designers who need to develop their design-skills first

• People yet to work on any real-world freelance projects

These aspects simply require you more time to develop as a creative and unfortunately can’t be fast-forwarded through a 4-month program.

I do, however, have a few tips I recommend for those newer designers which you can download from the button below.
